Accolades from Harley Davidson Motorcyclist and USWC Contract Holder

I bought an extended service contact from Motorcycle Agent, Jim Palmer back in 2019 when my two year Harley service expired. I have filed three claims, two for replacing a fuel pump within a couple years of each other and last week to replace the ECM. The company is United States Warranty E.S.P Corporation located in Ohio. The work was done at a Harley dealership who would not accept payment from a third party which is understandable, so I paid the bill and got reimbursed for what was covered by the contract. A lot could go wrong in such a process but everything worked great. The process was for me to contact the company and speak with a service writer for lack of better term and in each case the person was professional and helpful and had a positive attitude to get the work paid while ensuring the work was legitimate to protect their company and me, too. Once I provided to the claims person the parts needed to fix the problem we arranged for him to discuss with the HD service manager or mechanic the steps the dealership took to ensure in fact the parts would fix the issue. The full labor rate was not questioned. The claims person did not delay and was on this immediately. He called several times before he got through to the service manager to discuss the proposed work. I was informed what was covered and given a claim number and the amount I would be reimbursed. In the case of the fuel pumps, fuel lines were not covered so those parts were not reimbursed and in the case of the ECM, 100% was covered. I faxed my paid dealership invoice with my claim number to the warranty company. I received a direct deposit to my bank account within 10 days. Just thought I'd pass along my satisfaction with this company.
