As an agent, if I put my name on a product I know from top down that things will be taken care of; even to talk through a claim, I know Roy and USWC will follow through. I think what sets you apart from other warranty companies are: the payment plan structure helps my customers; the ancillary product offerings and the flexibility of the coverage, my customers are not locked into a set plan. All these are key to my decision to use USWC as my service contract partner. Lastly, the communication response from the sales and claims side is excellent and timely.
