Emergency Breakdown

Please read all of the following information carefully before proceeding to the claim form below:

In the event of an emergency which occurs outside our normal business hours (8:30-5:15 EDT)

Call: 800-233-9878 and follow the prompts to file an emergency claim .

  • You will be required to provide:  your name, contract number, phone number, the phone number of the repair facility, the nature of the emergency and state that you are proceeding with an emergency repair.
  • You are required to retain all failed parts and associated fluids and filters until the claim is concluded.                                   

An emergency repair will be definded as a repair that prohibits you from traveling in a safe and reasonable manner.

Examples of an emergency failure:  failed fuel pump, starter motor, etc.

Examples of a non emergency failure:  air conditioning, microwave range, deluxe appliance, leveling jack, etc.
